Updated HALO presentation available

A new HALO presentation is available from the project website, which includes some recent results.

These include: novel optical components for non-Gaussian beams, cutting process analysis, advances in the cutting of both brittle materials and metals, and progress in bench-marking the state-of-the-art in laser cutting.
